We're delighted to say that unlike previous years, we no longer have to provide season ticket holders at the Center with Anniversary show tickets, We fully anticipate that this will cut down on the instances of ticket brokers and other people from wrongfully selling the FREE tickets that we provide to our listeners!! We will be more aggressive than ever this year in finding out about purchased tickets and voiding them. If you're found with a purchased / voided ticket - you will be removed from the show - no questions asked. Why would you buy tickets to a free show anyway?
Are ticket runs coming to my town?
Thanks to our sponsors, we are invited to their business to have a ticket run and provide a free show.
If you know of a business or a company that would like to purchase a ticket run, call our Sales Department - 610 667-9000.
XTU ANNIVERSARY SHOW NEW SEATING POLICY Year Four - Early Open Seating!!!

NEW SEATING POLICY: Open Seating Rolls On!!!
Over the years many of our faithful Anniversary Show attendees have requested an open seating policy for those folks arriving at the show early in the day. We tried this last year, and thanks to all of you who made it a huge success, we will be continuing with the early open seating policy. Shortly after we open the gates at 3pm, we will open up the entire Center to everyone. What this means is that whether you have a lawn ticket or a reserved ticket, you will have the opportunity to sit in the reserved seating area1 for a good part of the day2 or you are welcome to head directly to the lawn if you prefer. Basically, your ticket gets you into any seat in the house up until the announcement to clear the reserved seating area.
There are still a couple of rules we need everyone's help in following:

1. Good Neighbor Policy: If you're sitting in a reserved seat and the person who has the ticket for that reserved seat arrives, we need you to move to another location. Whether you head to another empty reserved seat, or head on up to claim your spot on the lawn, please don't make a fuss, just move to another location and continue to enjoy the show. (Unfortunately, if the Center Security Staff find persons refusing to act as "good neighbors", it is their option to eject those persons, and we don't want that to happen!!)
2. Clearing the House: When the announcement is made, we need EVERYONE, regardless of whether or not you have a reserved ticket, to clear out of the reserved seating area. Once Tweeter Security has cleared the area of everyone, they will begin admitting those persons holding a reserved ticket. Those of you with lawn tickets are asked to head up to the lawn and get ready to enjoy the rest of the show, and those of you with reserved seat tickets will be readmitted to the reserved area as soon as the area is cleared. (Again, we have to mention that if the Center Security Staff encounter someone refusing to do as asked, they will eject those persons.) We realize this is something new for our Anniversary Shows, but the Center has done this successfully with other shows and we are confident that our audience will make this a successful policy that benefits everyone.
We thank you for your cooperation in giving this a try and we look forward to seeing you at the show!
My ticket doesn't guarantee admission - what does that mean?
The back of your ticket - the fine print - states "THIS TICKET DOES NOT GUARANTEE ADMISSION. LAWN SEATING ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS" - and this does mean that if the lawn fills up - we will have to close the gates. We've never had to do this, but each year we get closer and closer to this happening - so we want to let you know that you should arrive early. We don't want to deny anyone but if the venue fills up - we have no choice - it's the law, and we need to close the gates.
Re-Entry: I have a bunch of extra lawn seats - can I use these to leave and come back?
While we can't control this - you need to be aware - as it says on the back of your tickets - "THIS TICKET DOES NOT GUARANTEE ADMISSION. LAWN SEATING ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS" With that in mind, you are cautioned that if you leave and try to come back in - if the facility is full - you will not be allowed back in.
