According to ESPN, Brian France was pulled over in New York on Sunday evening after running through a stop sign.
When an officer approached France's vehicle, he suspected France was driving under the influence.
He was arrested and charged with DUI, in addition to being in possession of a controlled substance.
France was released from jail earlier this morning.
