Last year, Gaines debuted Chipstarter.
For those who are not familiar with the phrase, it's just like Kickstarter.
The campaign aims to help you achieve your personal or business goal.
Chip just has a few requirements:
People interested in being eligible to receive funding from the Chipstarter campaign need to submit a two minute video between 12 a.m. (central time) on September 4 through September 10.
According to People Magazine, Chip is also calling on entrants to have fun with their video, and get his attention.
In 2017, Chip said he received around 2700 videos. Of the 2700 applicants, six people received funding from the campaign.
