Now, new details have emerged in the case.

Ketterer was originally charged with felony domestic violence, however, according to TMZ, the city attorney's office in Los Angeles has decided not to proceed with the charges.

Rather, the 'America's Got Talent' singer will attend a City Attorney hearing instead.

The decision to drop the charges was made after authorities evaluated the evidence surrounding the incident.

Additionally, Ketterer's wife did not want to press charges.
