When Florida Georgia Line released their new album, Can’t Say I Ain’t Country, it was the first time they were listed as co-producers, alongside Joey Moi, on one of their own albums.

Hubbard points out “We don’t want to take anything away from what Joey Moi does. We call him a genius. We call him a wizard. I mean, he’s just next level. But we’ve learned so much from him over the years as well, it just felt like it was kind of time to say, ‘Hey, you know, we have our hand in every step of the process,’ even down to the mixing notes and the little tiny tweaks here and there. BK and I are really particular about it. ‘So why not at least be co-producers on this project?’”

Hubbard and Kelly have producer credits on other artists’ projects so they wanted to take on the role on their own album.

FGL co-produced every song on their Can’t Say I Ain’t Country album, including their latest single, “Talk You Out of It.”
