Important Note: There are NO spoilers in this story.
“Avengers: Endgame” was even bigger than expected delivering a massive $350 million debut at the box office this weekend. It made $1.2 billion worldwide. Both those numbers shatter the previous records, which were both set my “Avengers: Infinity War” last year.
Former Eagles running back LeSean McCoy was lucky enough to be among the first to see “Avengers: Endgame”. He saw it early Friday morning, and then he proceeded to spoil the movie for everyone who wasn’t so lucky.
For whatever reason, he started Tweeting massive spoilers about the movie. Apparently oblivious to the fact that all 730,000 of his followers weren’t able to see it on opening day and would rather NOT know that happens.
He even foiled some savvy social media users, by making a typo that allowed his Tweets to get past anyone who had certain words blocked. This caused him to trend on Twitter and not in a good way.
As of late last night, he hadn’t deleted the Tweets, or apologized. So please avoid his social media, boo him extra hard when the Eagles play him later this season, and for the love of all that is holy Don’t Spoil The Endgame.
