Brunch with Brian

It is 8am and I’m up early to beat the Mothers Day rush for this weeks entry.

Sabrina’s Cafe is staple in Philadelphia and the Delaware Valley since opening their first location in 2001. Since then they've grown to 5 locations in The Italian Market, near the Art Museum,
University City, Collingswood NJ and near the Main Line in Wynnewood which is my latest brunch stop.

To take a quote from their website, the owners created a welcoming place that serves comfortable welcoming food with a twist, including a great brunch with fresh ingredients
all at a price that most people can afford.

I'm a fan of this place, I always love to create my own Bella Vista Omelette, if you have a sweet tooth, the Stuffed Challah French Toast is amazing but this past week they had a "Game Of Thrones"
themed brunch menu that I had to try.

I love pancakes, especially different takes on the recipe so I had to try the Jamie and Cersei's "Keeping It In The Fam" Special Pancakes. The pancakes are made with cornmeal, topped with vanilla bean syrup, citrus curd, cannoli chocolate chip cream, graham cracker crumbs, roasted walnuts and mangos.

Talk about filling and satisfying.

Of course man could not live on brunch alone, go to their website and check out their dinner menus, they vary by location but it's comfort food at it best.

So if you're hankering for brunch or dinner, make a stop to Sabrina's Cafe. Check out the menu and lcoations on their website.
