It's ok to admit that your patience with the Phillies was waning after losing seven in a row...  And it's ok to admit that you're right back on the bandwagon!  Bamboo and all!

Bamboo?  Huh?

If you've been living under a rock for a week, here's the story...

Two weeks ago, the Phillies acquired infielder Brad Miller from the Yankees.  Before the team started a 4 game series with the Mets on Monday, Miller went down to Chinatown and bought himself a lucky bamboo plant.  And he brought it into the clubhouse.

That night the Phils broke their losing streak and went on to sweep the Mets in fine fashion with a Segura walk off today!

Meanwhile, fans across the city have been buying up every lucky bamboo plant they can find.

According to Philly Voice,

Kremp Florist, a flower and plant shop in Willow Grove, has sold out of two different types of lucky bamboo and is now selling a third lucky bamboo product, appropriately called "Philadelphia Phillies Lucky Bamboo". Kremp is offering same-day delivery, for Phillies fans who don't want to get their bamboo after the streak is inevitably snapped.
