We learned last week that one of the girls who sang America The Beautiful at the Super Bowl last year, 19 year old Halle Bailey will play the part of Ariel and Melissa McCarthy will be Ursula. There’s talk about Idris Elba playing King Triton, but Terry Crews has said he wants the gig. I think it should be Dwayne Johnson. And now there’s a movement to have Gordon Ramsay play the role of Chef Louis

Carrie Underwood broke the internet when she posted a photo of herself wearing a Wham!sweatshirt. Carrie Underwood tells the BBC that George Michael is one of her biggest musical influences. “I am always forever a fan of (frontman) George Michael. I had older sisters who controlled the radio,” she said, “so I got a lot of musical influences from what they listened to.”
