This past Saturday during the heavy rains I took a special trip to another one of my favorite brunch places with more omelettes than I've ever seen on a menu before.
Amy's Omelette House has three locations in Jersey in Long Branch, Burlington and the one I always go to in Cherry Hill.
One thing you'll definitely notice is their menu, it's a encyclopedia of delectable items for breakfast lunch and dinner, including two pages dedicated to omelettes alone. They have every combination you can think of from normal omelettes like ham & cheese and garden, to the "Mucho Gusto" with chorizo, avocado, onions, salsa and sour cream.
They also have a variety of skillets to wet your appetite where it comes with 2 eggs, home fries, onions, cheese and your choice of topping served in a piping hot pan.
No doubt about it, if you want a different twist on an omelette, you gotta make yourself at home and have brunch at Amy's Omelette House.
