Eagles Open Autism-Friendly Sensory Room at The Linc!
This is awesome! And it also makes alot of sense since their team initiative is autism. In fact they just raised almost $500,000 for the Eagles Autism Foundation by charging $10 to go to the open practice.
Here are the details from PhillyVoice:
In collaboration with CHOP and KultureCity, a nonprofit dedicated to changing the world to benefit those with sensory needs, the Linc becomes one of the first sports stadiums to build a sensory-inclusive certified room within the venue.
The sensory room officially opened on Sunday, August 4. Here are some pics!
.@LFFStadium is now a certified sensory-inclusive stadium thanks to a full-time, dedicated suite, presented by @ChildrensPhila, for fans and families facing sensory challenges.
