"Be strong, and if you do good things, you will be rewarded," Jermaine Bell told Disney after they heard about his generous act as Hurricane Dorian began approaching the coast of South Carolina.

Bell, a resident of Jacksonville, Florida, spent over a year saving money so he could celebrate his birthday in Walt Disney World, but when he heard about people being evacuated he decided to spend his money on something to help those leaving their homes.

The 6 year old bought hundreds of hot dogs, chips, and water and served them for free to evacuees passing through Allentown, South Carolina.

On Sunday, September 8, Jermaine celebrated his 7th birthday and Mickey Mouse and a group of Walt Disney World cast members paid him a surprise visit to tell him he will be going to Disney after all!
