Little Big Town announced this morning (9/9), the release of their ninth studio album Nightfall, and accompanying headline tour, The Nightfall Tour.

The group's new album will drop on January 17, 2020 after a performance at the historic Carnegie Hall in New York City on January 16, 2020.

Karen Fairchild said, “Nightfall is our ninth studio album, and we poured our hearts into this project and we are so proud of it. We feel like it makes a beautiful statement about where we are right now as a band and how much we love making music together, and also that the album takes you on a journey. It will transport you, hopefully, into a beautiful place, because we love it and we’re very proud of it.”

The "Nightfall" tour will continue the following two nights at The Apollo and will proceed all spring in over 30 of the most prestigious theaters in the country, closing with two nights at Denver’s art deco themed, The Paramount.

The group posted to Instagram, "Join us at Nightfall with special guest @caitlynsmith. Pre-sale starts at 12pm ET."
