Carrie Underwood has been busy all week rehearsing for Wednesday night's (11/13) CMA Awards which she will host along with Dolly Parton and Reba.

She says of the show, “It’s definitely going to be heartfelt. The whole tone this year is obviously taking a look at women in country music. And I love the fact that there’s a theme happening. I hope that’s kind of something that maybe we adopt for future CMAs. It probably makes things harder for everybody else, but it’s just so nice to just be heartfelt and celebrate, you know, women in country music."

Underwood added on being nominated for Entertainer of the Year, “Entertainer [Of The Year]... it’s everything, right? I feel like people kind of narrow it down to tours, but I feel like there’s so many more components to it. I’m blessed and lucky to be nominated, obviously, and [I'm in] fantastic company.”

The 53rd Annual CMA Awards take place tomorrow night, airing live from Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena.
