(VIDEO) Friends Play Uno At Long Red Light

We have all been at that red light that has lasted a little too long!  There's on on City Ave near the WXTU Studios that seems to last a lifetime. Dylan Kjos posted a video on TikTok of his friends in the middle of a Cape Coral, Florida road playing a game of Uno waiting on the light to change. Rumor has it the light actually was red for almost 2 minutes.  No wonder things move so slow in Florida
