We all know that working out is good for us, but let's be honest, there are times it is a real chore!  Well, new research shows that the music you listen to can impact the enjoyment you get from working out and improve your overall performance!  They study (which you can read about here) find the effects are better for endurance exercise like brisk walking, running and biking, but remains beneficial for enhancing all physical fitness.  The best songs are high tempo tracks with about 170 beats per minute, or BPMs.  I did the work for you - HERE is a list of country songs with around 170 BPMs to get you started and below are a couple of favs from my running playlist!
