Philadelphia couple Gavin and Brittany Ellis were married on July 28, 2018 and like a lot of newly married couples they ordered an album full of photos so they could relive the day.
But then their album was taken from their front steps. The Ellis’ told 6ABC they called Fedex, they contacted the shipping company, contacted the manufacturer, and filed a police report.
Just when they thought they weren’t getting anywhere and their album was long gone, they received a tweet from SEPTA that said one of their customer service agents found an unmarked box on a train and was placed in the lost and found.
The customer service agent named Ashley Lee dig her own investigative work and upon searching the album she found the groom’s full name and reached out to the couple.
