I love being a woman. Women are strong, sexy, and beautiful! These amazing women of XTU Nation inspire me every day - and I'm so glad to have them as role models for my daughter.

"When I started in radio, not only were there less women on air, but the few that were on air, were 'sidekicks' or 'cohosts'. Women didn't host afternoon drive, and they sure didn't have their own morning show. I remember being a 18 year old intern and every on air DJ was a male. And now, here I am, on air as a woman doing afternoon drive, on a radio station with a FEMALE LEAD as our Morning Show! It's such a big moment and it's never lost on me. I am so proud of the incredible staff here at XTU. The people in charge who saw the vision and talent to make this happen. The way we are able to connect to our listeners through music, contests, events, social media, is unlike anything I've ever experienced before. It really is a family. There is a reason that XTU is one of the top country radio stations in the entire country and to say I am proud to work here is quite the understatement."

"It's such a cool adventure working for one of the country's top radio stations! Women are a minority in this industry and here at XTU, we're blessed to have a huge team of strong and intelligent women all supporting each other. It was such an honor to stand on the stage of our Anniversary Show last year with all the strong women who are a part of this great radio station!"

"I am SO proud to have been a part of 92.5 XTU for the better part of 15 years now. It's music (and a station) I have loved and listened to ever since they hit the airwaves in Philly and to be a part of this family means so much to me. Of course, by 'family' I include the listeners as well. It's a special kind of relationship that just can't be replicated in other formats. All ages, all backgrounds...country music just brings us together heart and soul. And on International Women's Day, what better place to be than with the Boss Babes of 92.5 XTU!"

"Working for one of the biggest country radio stations has been such a rewarding experience. From the creative environment, incredible employees, concerts and travel opportunities, I couldn’t imagine working for a better company. We are able to pull off huge promotions and events which are just going to get even bigger and better! One of my favorite parts about this job is hearing how much our listeners appreciate and love the station. I even had a woman show me a picture of her wearing an XTU t-shirt on her wedding day because she is so loyal to the station! Now that’s dedication!"

"It is an honor to represent the call letters WXTU everyday and to work with a group of awesome women. As a woman in the industry it makes me so proud to watch the success of female artists and pave the way for more women in the industry both on the radio and behind the scenes. This station has been around for longer than I have been alive and it makes me so proud that I am a small part of it’s growing legacy. 92.5 XTU is family, from our staff to our listeners, we would not be who we are today if it were not for each and every one of them."
