I've been signing on for days and keep getting the "we cannot determine the status" message when I check on the status of the stimulus payment. Then a friend of mine told me to try again, but this time using ALL CAPS for my address. It WORKED! I used ALL CAPS for my address, and then it let me put in my direct deposit info. Fingers crossed. Try it yourself and good luck!
