I have this salad at least three times a week and it's delicious every single time so I wanted to share with XTU Nation!
- Healthy Protein - Organic Turkey Lunch Meat, Salmon, Shrimp, Plain Tuna, Chicken, etc.
- Cucumber
- Grilled Artichoke (from jar)
- Handful Raw Pumpkin Seeds
- Handful of Olives - Leave out if you don't like
- Sprinkle of Goat or Feta Cheese
- 1 Date Cut Up
- 1 Trader Joe’s Crispbread crushed up
- Drizzle of Olive Oil
- Drizzle of Balsamic Vinegar
- Squeeze of Lemon
*You can really add any veggie you like. Cut it up, toss it, and ENJOY! YUMMMMMMMM!
