Garth Brooks made big news recently when he removed himself from the CMA's Entertainer of the Year category leaving the honor for other artist to win.

Garth appeared on his Studio G show on Monday (8/3) on Facebook and said, “Now the real entertaining and the real big thing to me is getting ready to happen. I just feel free. I don’t feel like there’s any fences. Now you just feel like whatever you choose, whenever you choose, it is up to you. That’s a fun thing. I don’t know why I didn’t feel that before.”

Brooks who has big stadium shows planned for when the pandemic is over and concerts can resume, added, “You and me – let’s get back out there. Let’s make some more memories. Better memories. Bigger memories. More fun. More intimate. All the good things.”

Garth's October 10, 2020 concert at the Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina is still scheduled at this time. His next stadium show after that is in February 2021 in Las Vegas.
