Luke Combs On Wedding: ‘It’s Her Day To Shine’

Luke Combs tied the knot with his "best Friend" Nicole Hocking a week ago and is still in Florida vacationing with his new bride and their families.

Combs was 100% involved in the planning of the event down to every detail. He told us at the time, "I’ve always wanted to be involved in that process because I want to show her I care about it. You know, I’m not the ‘Yes, dear’ guy. I want her to know that I care as much about our wedding as she does because it’s our wedding."

Luke added, "It’s her day to shine, don’t get me wrong, but it’s also- if I can’t put a valiant effort into planning the most important day of our lives to this point, like then what does that say about me when something really difficult comes up? Because this, to me, is something that’s fun."

Combs posted to Instagram the day after the nuptials, "Yesterday was the best day of my life. I got to marry my best friend. I love you @nicohocking, here’s to forever."
