Jason Aldean has scored his 24th career No. One single with “Got What I Got,” as the song takes the top spot on both Mediabase/Country Aircheck Singles chart and Billboard's Country Airplay this week.

Jason said, “Country radio has always given us the chance to bend the rules a little, and that has always meant a lot to me."

He added, “It’s especially cool for them to have my back right now while we can’t be out on the road getting fans music that way. We are missing it bad and can’t wait to get back on stage.”

While it is custom in Nashville to celebrate a chart topper with a number one party on Music Row, that hasn't been happening for anyone lately so Aldean shared on his Insta stories him toasting the new success with members of his band.

He posted to Instagram, "We are officially the #1 song in the country today!!! Big thanks to my team, the writers, country radio and especially the FANS! Thanks for the continued support. Now let’s hurry up and get to 2021 so we can get back to playing these songs LIVE for u guys."

Jason's wife Brittany posted, "CONGRATULATIONS to my hubby and the most KICK ASS BAND on the planet!!! ANOTHER #1!!! “GOT WHAT I GOT” is amazing Y’all work so hard, and constantly put out hit after hit. It’s truly unbelievable the talent god has blessed each of y’all with!! Glad I get to witness it all from the sidelines. Cheers to many, many more."
