- Don’t watch the news
- Avoid working in bed
- Don’t work out at night
- Steer clear of tense conversations
- Absolutely do not consume caffeine
- Try to avoid drinking alcohol
- Don’t use electronic devices (without a blue light filter)
- Don’t keep the lights in their home turned up bright
- Don’t spend a long time awake in bed
