After Lee Brice had tested positive for COVID he had to cancel his appearance at the CMAs earlier this week; that was especially unfortunate, as he wouldn't be able to perform "I Hope You're Happy Now" with Carly Pearce (their duet won the CMA award for Musical Event of the Year). Lady A's Charles Kelley was a last minute replacement. Kelley then had to cancel his appearance, because someone in the Lady A family tested positive. However, the CMAs used a pre-taped version of the song, possibly filmed during rehearsals, at the show.

But, who sang it better? Here's Charles and Carly's version of "I Hope You're Happy Now."
