It’s winter.  Most of us picture it as cold, grey and snowy.  That last part has been missing from our area.  That’s no so unusual.  In the United States more snow falls in …February than any other month.  That’s not opinion, according to the folks at The Weather Channel,  Alaska-based climatologist Dr. Brian Brettschneider examined monthly snowfall data from 4,218 observation sites across the United States which receive an annual average of at least 2 inches of snow. According to his findings the snowiest month in Philadelphia was February with 8.5 inches.  That gives you time to go buy a shovel, rock salt, bread, milk and eggs.  What’s with the french toast when it snows anyway?!?
