Here’s Why You’re Still Waiting on Packages

I ordered a Christmas gift for my boyfriend on December 8th.  It arrived yesterday.  Every time I checked the tracking it said it was at the "PHILADELPHIA PA NETWORK DISTRIBUTION CENTER."  It sat there for over a month.  I am not the only one who has experienced this major delay in delivery.  I still have two packages that have not arrived that were ordered last month.  In fact, thousands of holiday gifts are stuck in a Philadelphia postal facility. The Postal Service says the gifts could take months to deliver because of an unprecedented backlog.  What can you do?  USPS suggests keeping an eye on tracking and reporting delays via their website at  www.usps.com/manage/  Good luck!
