Despite 2020 being one of her hardest years with a divorce just months after her marriage to fellow country singer Michael Ray, Carly Pearce is not down on love or for that matter, down on men.

Her latest latest song, “Next Girl,” is be a warning to other women to watch out for the sleezy, player, lying kind of guys, but she says, “I think there are a lot of guys like this one, that I’m talking about in this song, for sure and I think it’s probably harder to find the good guys, but I am a true believer that the good guys are still out there and I will believe that forever.”

Carly adds as Valentine's weekend approaches, “I have good guys in my band, I have good friends. I see it. I see the way they treat their girls. They treat ‘em right.”

Pearce releases a new EP called 29 on February 19, 2021.
