Keith Urban Writes And Records His First Sleep Song

Keith Urban has composed and recorded a song called "I Am Home" for the popular Calm app. The Calm app is designed to help users sleep better and reduce stress and anxiety, via meditations, soothing music, and bedtime stories.

Keith said via Insta stories, "So, I've never written a 'sleep song' before. I was way up for the challenge of that. I really approached this song from that vibratory place. I just went with what I felt flowed."

The Calm website writes of the new work, "Settle into slumber with a dreamy, ethereal sleep song featuring wide-ranging vocals and guitar from world-renowned musician, producer and songwriter Keith Urban. Only on Calm."

Keith posted to Instagram, "I AM HOME. Available now on @calm."
