Tim McGraw and Faith Hill’s Private Island Can Be Yours For $35 Million

Tim McGraw and Faith Hill's private island in the Bahamas could be yours for $35 million!

According to Architectural Digest, the two country stars first bought the 20-acre private island in 2003.  It took the couple almost a decade to move into the stunning complex they like to call "L'île d'Anges".

The island was previously completely uninhabited and undeveloped creating a huge challenge to build on.  “We set out to build a house. We had no idea we had to build everything else. We basically had to build a little town,” McGraw told Architectural Digest back in 2017.

The couple had to install water and power for the entire island in order to build "staff houses" for the workers creating the house and the ones taking care of it while the couple is back in Tennessee.

The house has come a long way now listed at nearly 5,000 square-feet with four bedrooms, five bathrooms and an open floorplan with an outside-feel.
