A British choir has created a beautiful lullaby to help a PA girl suffering from ‘night terrors’ fall asleep.

Rick Kane came across a video of the all-male choir Bristol Man Chorus last summer and his daughters Roslyn and Evelyn have been big fans ever since. When 5-year-old Roslyn began to have trouble sleeping due to nightmares, her dad knew exactly what to do.

Kane, being a music teacher knows just how strong the power of music can be. He reached out to the group's director Sam Burns to see if he could help his daughter through song. Burns immediately began creating a lullaby for the choir and the lyrics are simple but beautiful:

“Roslyn, Evelyn, sing goodnight / Roslyn, Evelyn, close your eyes / Sweetest dreams, all warm and bright / Roslyn, Evelyn, sing goodnight.”

Not only was it uplifting for the men in the choir, but now little Roslyn is sleeping a lot better.
