To infinity and beyond!

Jason, a Ramp Agent at LIT was ending his shift for the night when he noticed someone left a Buzz Lightyear toy on the plane.

Jason knew someone was missing their beloved toy and decided to investigate who it belonged too.

He discovered the name "Hagen" on the bottom of Buzz's shoe. With the help of his Cohort, Beth, they found out there was only one Hagen who traveled on the plane that day. Jason came up with a special surprise on how to return the toy.

A few days later, Hagen and his family received a hand-decorated box. Not only was Hagen's Buzz Lightyear toy inside, but there were also multiple pictures and a letter describing his journey at Southwest Airlines.

"There's definitely not enough good in this world, and for someone to take the time out of their day and to do that for strangers means the world to us," Ashley, Hagen's mom said.
