YAY! So exciting! Bars are officially opening in PA!
PRLA's statement on the announcement:⠀
"In a press statement from the Governor's Office this afternoon, the administration has mandated that effective at midnight on April 4th, self-certified restaurants will be able to operate at 75% capacity, with non-self-certified restaurants allotted a 50% capacity. Last calls at 11pm have been terminated, bar seating with barriers is permitted, and indoor and outdoor events have been permitted with 25% and 50% capacity, respectively.⠀
