Wawa Goes Back to The 80s!
No, you won’t have to drive the DeLorean to get your hoagies, but you might want to wear your Reeboks with the socks! Wawa is throwing back -not just on Thursday but for the next couple days. The store is celebrating the 7th anniversary of their charity arm, The Wawa Foundation. Their foundation focuses on hunger relief and support for military veterans. Every Wawa location will feature music from the ’80s and audio clips from “The Goldbergs,” which is based in Jenkintown, and celebrates all things Philly and 80s. The “Goldbergs Garlic Chicken Cheesey Parm” hoagie will be available throughout the week, with a portion of proceeds benefitting the Children’s Miracle Network. Totally awesome!
