THIS IS SO CUTE!!! We haven’t gotten to see a full picture of Baby Arthur, but we’ll take what we can get. Joel’s fiance is Anne DePaula, who’s a pretty famous model. Seems like Joel and Anne are renting a place in Margate for the Summer. I love how much Joel embraces Philly. Can we please GET HIM (and us) a Championship!
