Kane Brown was playing a show in Memphis over the weekend (10/23) when he jumped down a couple of stairs to the crowd and sprained his ankle. He needed some help from security to get back on stage.

One fan posted a video of the fall on Twitter.

In a second video the fan posted, Kane is back on stage performing but is clearly in pain as he bends over while singing and needs the help of a stagehand to get around the stage.

Later that night after finishing the show in obvious pain, Kane posted a picture of his very swollen ankle to his Insta stories.
