The Most Popular New Jersey Christmas Candy Might Surprise You

New Jersey, are you ready for the holidays?

Ho ho ho! The holidays are among us. This means Christmas trees, yule logs, and of course Christmas candy! Reese trees, peppermint bark, and of course candy canes are among the few of many holiday treats we will all be indulging in soon. The weeks leading up to Christmas are filled with baking, decorating, and fun crafts for kids.

CandyStore.com has updated its Christmas candy pieces for 2021. With over 11,00 customer responses, CandyStore.com was able to create a new candy map featuring the most popular Christmas candy in each state. This map also includes the first and second runners-up.

So what candy did New Jersey get? Well the answer may surprise you because I wasn’t too sure these would be considered a Christmas candy. The most popular New Jersey Christmas candy is Skittles. Skittles are a new winner for the Garden State this year as the Reese’s cup minis fell to the number two spot this year after being the most popular New Jersey Christmas candy in 2020. Third place went to Pez, which again not really sure I would consider those a Christmas candy either.
