Carrie Underwood: ‘Our Hearts Are Even More Full Than Our Bellies’

For the last 3 years, mom Carrie Underwood has shown off her son Jacob’s amazing birthday cakes and this year the 3-year-old celebrated his birthday with Paw Patrol. The cake is quite impressive.

Carrie posted a few pictures of the masterpiece on Instagram over the weekend, sharing birthday wishes for her youngest son Jacob. She captioned the photos, “My sweet baby is 3. Where do the years go??? He and his buddies had fun @defynashville and got all sugared up on the deliciousness that was almost too cute to eat from @iveycakestore! Our hearts are even more full than our bellies celebrating our precious miracle, Jake!!! God is good!!! ❤️❤️❤️.”
