PARIS, FRANCE – APRIL 26: An Oscar statue is seen during a screening of the Oscars on April 26, 2021 in Paris, France.

The Oscars have confirmed that Amy Schumer, Regina Hall and Wanda Sykes will split hosting duties this year.

Good Morning America I’m not sure who thought this was a good idea, but I am hosting the Oscars along with my good friends Wanda Sykes and Regina Hall,” Schumer announced today. “I better go watch some movies.”

This is the first time in the Oscar’s 94-year history that three women have hosted together. The award show has not had three hosts since Goldie Hawn, Paul Hogan and Chevy Chase teamed up in 1987.

The last three ceremonies have been hostess, starting when Kevin Hart stepped away in 2019 due to controversy.
The in-person event will be held at the Lost Angeles’ Dolby Theatre on March 27th. ABC will be airing the show at 8pm ET.
