Blake Shelton On Gift Honoring His Father: ‘This Might Top Them All’

Blake Shelton was gifted a military NASCAR helmet with two images of his father Dick Shelton in uniform from his friend and NASCAR driver Jimmie Johnston.

Blake posted a few photos of the helmet along with his heartfelt thanks to his pal. He wrote, "I have been blessed in my lifetime to have received some incredible gifts and awards and things that will always mean a lot to me. But on a personal level, this just might top them all. Thank you, @jimmiejohnson. It is an honor and a privilege to call you my friend."

Johnson responded to Blake's post, saying, "Thanks, my friend, the honor and privilege was all mine."

Several fans also responded to the touching post, including one who wrote, "What a beautiful tribute to Blake's dad and all vets. God bless you both for this phenomenal design, and God bless America."
