The VMA’s used to be my SuperBowl.  I looked forward to it for weeks and weeks.  I can’t believe I never realized there has never been a country artist who perform.  Well until now. 

• Kane Brown is coming to MTV.  The VMAS are Sunday 8/28!
• The country superstar has been added to the list of performers for this year’s MTV VMAs, making him the first male country artist to ever perform on the show.
• When he hits the stage, Kane will perform his new single, “Grand” which he said was actually a “pop single.”

But don’t worry about Kane going pop, he called into my show a few weeks ago and talked about how much country music means to him and it’s his home base.  He just likes different types of music and wants to try new things.
