Kelsea Ballerini Finds Herself In ‘Such A Predicament’ On Hike
Kelsea Ballerini posted several images of herself from a video shoot a few months back from her new song “What I have.” She posted a video clip of herself with a friend on a long hike. Unfortunately, they didn’t bring much in the way of supplies.
Among the images of her with her dog and her friends kayaking, Kelsea is seen walking in a video clip. She says, “Kristine and I are finishing up a hike that we thought was going to be like 45 minutes um, it’s been hours, and all we brought to drink was Ranch water (laughs).” She continues to laugh, “We’re in such a predicament.”
Ballerini captioned the photo dump and the hiking video, “I’ve got a jeep I’ve got a dog I’ve got what they call a dream job.”
The song’s lyrics include, “‘Cause I got a roof over my head / I got a warm body in bed / I’m doing alright right where I’m at / With what I have / I got a Jeep, I got a dog / I got what they call a dream job / Plenty to want, nothing wrong with that / But I’m happy with what I have / I got the air, good eyes to see / Got so much more than I’ll ever need / Even the bad days ain’t all that bad / With what I have / I’m doing alright right where I’m at / With what I have.”
For those who may not know, Ranch water is a three-ingredient drink made of tequila, lime juice, and sparkling mineral water.
Kelsea posted about this song in the Instagram post from a few days ago, writing, “This song was written somewhere in between reflection and eagerness. Although ever-changing, I’m happy with what I have. out now.”
Lady A’s Hillary Scott commented, “Love this and love you!!” Comedian Chelsea Handler also commented, “Love you, babycakes!!”
