Jon Pardi

Have you ever sent a gift and not received a thank you note in return? I'm sure it happens every day with millions of gifts leaving millions of people wondering: "Did they ever get it?"

We asked ourselves that question here at 925XTU recently. Back in November of 2020, we logged into the wedding  registry of Summer Duncan and Jon Pardi. We debated as to what gift would be appropriate, the Crate and Barrel potato masher or the Joyce Chen non-stick wok. It was Jon himself who chose. Watch:

Jon and Summer Pardi were set to be married in May of 2020 overlooking Yellowstone National Park but had to postpone due to Covid restrictions. Jon continued touring until they could reschedule to November 2020 in Saddle Woods, Tennessee.

Like we promised we sent a gift

Recently Jon and Summer announced they were expecting their first child.

Congratulations Summer and Jon! It did get us to wondering. What happened to our gift? Did they get it? Why didn't we get a "thank you"?

Word got to Summer about our question while Jon was performing at Pier 17 in New York City last week. She sent us this reply:
