Morgan Wallen’s most famous ex – model and influencer, Paige Lorenze, was on a podcast recently and she revealed the reason the relationship didn’t work even though they really loved each other.
Morgan Wallen and ex girlfriend Paige Lorenze broke up in March 2022 just a few weeks after officially going public with their new romance.

Reports were swirling that Paige suspected he was cheating on her with ‘multiple people.’ Supposedly all these girls were messaging her pics and videos of how they were alot with Morgan. However none of that was ever officially confirmed. Obviously Morgan Wallen is insanely popular so the news of the breakup was all over the internet, especially TikTok with different theories.
Morgan Wallen’s Ex Speaks Out
Paige was over the hearsay and wanted to speak out regarding what happened.
Morgan and Paige dated well after Morgan’s son Indigo was born in July 2020 with his now ex fiance KT Smith. Rumors are the reason Morgan and KT broke up was also because he cheated. Again, this is all allegedly. I imagine it’s tough to date someone so fast and so famous, especially when he’s known to let’s say not be ready to settle down.
Paige was a guest on the “Sofia with an F” podcast where said the thing that he loved that about her, was the thing that broke them up. She said she was too independent, and wanted her own life, and that she supported him, but she couldn’t give up her life to sit on a tour bus and chase his dreams, when she had dreams of her own to chase. On being a dad to his son Indigo, “it’s nice to really think about someone other than yourself and about what you’re passing down. He’s my favorite thing about life.”

He Went to Rehab
He did a 30-day stint in rehab in San Diego. He said he used to get drunk before shows, but now he can’t imagine being drunk and performing for two plus hours. He said off-stage, he’s still trying to figure out his drinking.

He Drives To Escape
“I don’t really go to the grocery store. I have to go through back doors to go to the doctor and all that kind of stuff. I still try to hold on to as much [normalcy] as possible. I like driving, so I try to drive as much as I can by myself.”
