Hook and Ladder Now Serving Brunch in Conshohocken
If you ask anyone close to me they will tell you I cannot start my day without breakfast, even if I woke up at 11am I cannot go straight to lunch (but let’s be honest my days of waking up that late are so over). Because I love breakfast so much I am a huge fan of brunch. There are so many things to love about brunch… the menu is always amazing, breakfast cocktails are always refreshing, and it’s just all around always a good idea.
Well I am officially adding another brunch spot to my list. Hook and Ladder Sky Bar & Kitchen has announced they are officially launching brunch this upcoming Saturday (2/18). Located in Conshohocken and part of the new Hotel West & Main, Hook and Ladder offers wide-open rooftop views and elevated twists on the classics, making it the perfect spot for weekend brunch.
Brunch will be available from 12-3pm on Saturdays and Sundays and a few brunch menu features include the Wagyu Beef Apple Sausage Egg Benedict, French Toast Smoked Bacon, Fried Hot Chicken Waffle, or, for those looking to splurge – the Dry-Aged Tomahawk Egg Benedict featuring 42 oz of Dry-Aged Long Bone Ribeye. Yes, please!
Of course brunch isn’t complete without some cocktails. A few you can find at Hook and Ladder are the Stop, Drop, and Spritz (Fords Gin, Pimm’s Liqueur, Domaine Canton Ginger, Lemon, Raspberries, Shisho Leaf, topped with sparkling wine), 5 Alarm Bloody Mary (Roasted Shishito Pepper and Wasabi infused Ketel One, Hook and Ladder Bloody Mary Mix), and bottomless mimosas!
