Jimmie Allen: Second Woman Claims Sexual Assault
Another woman has filed a sexual assault lawsuit against Jimmie Allen. According to Variety, this woman also claims she filed a police report after Allen secretly filmed her during sex.
The new lawsuit, filed Friday (6/9) in Tennessee federal court, comes less than one month after Allen was accused of rape and repeated sexual abuse by a woman who worked on his former management team. Those accusations resulted in Allen being dropped by his publicist and suspended by his label, agency, and management.
The woman is identified as “Jane Doe 2” in the new lawsuit, and she alleges that she was randomly approached by Allen on a plane last year. After that first meeting, she and Allen engaged in daily communication over the phone. They agreed to meet in Las Vegas after two months of constant, long-distance conversation. It was in Las Vegas the woman says she was sexually assaulted.

According to the lawsuit, Jane Doe 2 alleged that she noticed Allen’s phone hidden in the hotel room closet that had been recording their sexual interaction without her permission. She took the phone, left the hotel room, and flew home by herself, where she turned the phone into the authorities and filed a police report.
In May, after the first sexual assault lawsuit was filed, Allen denied wrongdoing. At the time, he said to Variety in a statement, “It is deeply troubling and hurtful that someone I counted as one of my closest friends, colleagues, and confidants would make allegations that have no truth to them whatsoever. I acknowledge that we had a sexual relationship — one that lasted for nearly two years. During that time, she never once accused me of any wrongdoing, and she spoke of our relationship and friendship as being something she wanted to continue indefinitely.”
He added that she retained a lawyer “Only after things ended between us.” The statement also said, “Her accusations are not only false but also extremely damaging. I’ve worked incredibly hard to build my career, and I intend to mount a vigorous defense to her claims and take all other legal action necessary to protect my reputation.”
In April of 2023, Allen and his wife, Alexis Gale, announced they were separating after three years of marriage. Additionally, the two announced they are also expecting another child .
