Catherine O’Hara Honors Macaulay Culkin In Heartfelt Speech
One of the most famous child actors of the 90s, Macaulay Culkin, received his Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame over the weekend. It was an emotional and nostalgic day for Home Alone fans. In attendance were his wife and another former child actor, Brenda Song, and none other than his “fake” mom, Catherine O’Hara. Seth Green, Natasha Lyonne, and Paris Jackson also supported their friend.
Home Alone
Of course, Macaulay Culkin’s most famous movie is Home Alone. Culkin portrayed 10-year-old, Kevin, who wishes for his family to disappear during the Christmas season. He quickly learned the lesson to be careful what you wish for because his family forgot Kevin at home while traveling to Paris for a holiday. When his mom, Catherine O’Hara, realizes she left her son at home, she attempts to race home as fast as she can to see her son.
Catherine O’Hara’s Speech
Catherine O’Hara, who played Macaulay’s mom in both Home Alone and Home Alone 2, gave a heartfelt speech to her former co-star, leaving everyone in tears.
