My friend and I are roommates when we moved in together we were both single. Since then I got a girlfriend and she sometimes spends the night. He also has a girlfriend and he spends a lot of nights at her place. So I woke up the other morning and my room left a note saying that we should be splitting the rent three ways since my girlfriend spends so much time at my apartment. My roommate is never around so why should he care? Is paying rent over at his girlfriend's apartment? Probably not. I need your help on how to approach this.
