Stacey Writes: "Should I Take My Kids Out Of School For The Solar Eclipse?"

Today is the eclipse and my kids’ school made a big deal about it not being an excused absence. They have a full day of school today and the busses will bring them home, as scheduled. Dismissal is around 2:45 and my kiddos don’t usually get home until around 3:45. I am not thrilled with the idea of them being on the road while it’s happening. And they’ll miss the whole thing! I’m a rules follower, but I really want to get my kids out of school early. Should I do it?
