Keith Urban’s Vegas Crowd Debate
Keith Urban’s Vegas crowd debate whether fans should sit or stand during a show is one he would love to solve.
In a recent interview, Keith, who just signed on for another Las Vegas stint in October, told us, “It’s about the conundrum of sitting versus standing at a concert. It’s a difficult situation for audiences to navigate. If you’re someone who wants to dance and sing and have the time of your life and the artist wants that as well, and there’s someone behind them who wants to sit, and they’re having equally as good a time, loving the show but they can’t see anything because the person in front of them is standing.”
He added, “That’s something that I would like to figure out: playing in a way however you want to enjoy the concert, you get to do that. It’s tricky, but I’d like to keep working on that.”
The newest luxury resort and casino to debut on the Las Vegas Strip will welcome “Keith Urban’s HIGH in Vegas,” 10 exclusive performances kicking off Friday, Oct. 4, 2024.

Urban’s hot new duet with Lainey Wilson, “Go Home With You,” was released last week (5/3).
The New Song
Keith said of the new tune, “I wrote ‘Go Home With You’ in 2020 with BRELAND, Sam (Sumser) and Sean (Small). We had a blast writing it. It started out as a late-night drum loop; I grabbed a bass guitar and started playing a simple recurring bass line. Before we knew it, we were writing a chorus that could be sung by any drunk person in any bar anywhere in the world.”
Urban added, “A friend of mine suggested the idea of making the song a duet, and I immediately thought of Lainey. Besides the fact that I love her voice, she’s got the swagger and attitude that fit so well with the song.”
Lainey said, “Keith has been someone in the industry I’ve taken notes from for a while now. From watching him at CMA Fest every year growing up to hearing the way he treats people up and down music row, he has taught me a lot. He’s a genuine supporter of mine, and I am honored I get to continue to learn from one of the best. Getting to do a song with Keith is a notch on my belt I am very proud of.”
“Go Home With You” follows the release of Urban’s current single, “Messed Up As Me,” and the song “Straight Line,” which was released earlier this year.
